We offer a full recruitment service, managed by commercially-minded HR specialists who will pre-screen all candidates and carryout comprehensive reference checks to make your selection decisions easier. (after this follows the bit that is already in place)
Recruitment and Selection is a service suitable for clients who wish to fill a permanent or temporary position within their organisation. Our recruitment specialists use various methods to attract the right candidates - an extensive database, networking, search, media and internet advertising to ensure a cost-effective procedure.
We are also able to offer our clients additional services psychometric or skills testing for example.
The recruiting process is simple and efficient: Barnett McCall will liase with the client to develop a job specification, describing the duties and the responsibilities of the position. Then BMR launches the vacancy on the website and on recruitment-related sites, if necessary advertise in magazines or mass media whilst screening our database for suitable candidates.
Selected candidates will be then interviewed by the appointed Project Consultant and individual reports written for those candidates who meet the required specifications on the job description, the final shortlist will be sent to the client.
A mutually convenient time and place for the client/candidate interview will be arranged and we’ll follow-up with each party to receive feedback and comments or to arrange a second meeting.
When a suitable candidate has been successfully identified, the client should submit a written offer of employment to the candidate, BMR will complete the relevant reference checking and upon acceptance of this offer, the recruitment procedure is complete.
