On behalf of our client, an important financial group, we are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of:
Project Management Specialist
Location: Bucharest
The role of the position is to offer support to the other divisions, related to project implementation.
Responsibilities:
• Collects and assesses the requirements coming from all the different functional areas related to system enhancements
• Coordinates the testing process for the releases/features implemented in the system
• Verifies that the system features ensure the functionality of the already approved processes
• Works on analysis needed by the external suppliers in order to develop extra features in all system in use
• Ensures support in applying the project management framework and is responsible for ongoing monitoring and support during life cycles
• Ensures the projects organization and planning according with business strategy
• Maintain and monitor the overall list of projects
Requirements:
• Ability to establish good relationships with internal and external partners
• Teamwork skills: focused team leader and team player; proven relationship builder
• Result orientated person with ability to prioritize tasks
• Very good communication and presentation skills
