Job description
- Participates development of work practices and technology area
- May be key responsible for technology area
- Proposes ideas for improvement of existing system further
- Execute production line installations and may maintain processes for particular technology locally
- Coach and trains engineers, technicians and operators
- Works independently without immediate guidance
- Solve production testing related electrical/software issues to keep tester utilization at its maximum
- Analyze results of production testing and maintain test systems and processes
- Support Test Technicians in own competence area
- Implement new test technologies and test plans from R&D groups to factory
Cerinte:
- Relevant experience in production testing related electrical/software issues
- Understanding of disciplined problem analysis and process control
- Understanding of test systems and software processes to effectively implement changes and improvements
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Can operate under pressure
- High level of adaptability
