Job description
- Planning and budgeting of 10+, indirect employees; 10 + direct reports
Responsible for Production Line set-up strategy, new technology and process implementation in the areas of supermarket/materials handover , material flow, production lines , shipping
- Develop and generate documentation for E2E related process flow.
- Creates, Initiates and implement new process controls and improvement activities.
- Planning and strategy for technical and non-technical Training with E2E & IE scope of work.
- Collaborate to both external and internal management team on problem solving.
- Can create, manage & execute Project Plans.
- Responsible for balancing the load between supermarket/materials handover, material flow, production lines, shipping
- Can create business cases
