Job description
- Manages all relevant aspects of devices manufactured in the plant
- Implement, maintain and develop methods and processes in a specific competence area
- Identifies non-standard engineering problems
- Solves standard problems independently to develop/improve the manufacturing process or methods
- Participates as individual contributor to team
- Coordinate product launch activities (software configuration, resource and process readiness)
- Management and scheduling of new products builds, variant implementation and product changes
- Participate in Product Creation process during a product's lifetime as a production representative
- Management of product improvement teams and activities, production situations analyzing
- Management, leading and follow-up of improvement activities of product related Quality problems
- Responsible for product performance and quality
Cerinte:
- Typically 3 years directly related experience or 4-6 years overall professional experience
- Strong project management experience
- Knowledge and experience with structured problem solving methodologies
- New product introduction experience
- Good understanding of Engineering change management and control
- Fluent in English
- Understanding of mobile device manufacturing and software interaction
- Electro-mechanical or electronics R&D background
- 5S/Lean Manufacturing experience
- Leadership experience
- Team player
- Self motivated person
